24/7 multi-platform AI support agent for Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace. Upload product catalogs, policies, and FAQs into knowledge bases with hybrid vector + full-text search; the agent answers with citations and live tools for order lookup, inventory, returns, and shipment tracking. Multi-tenant SaaS with a model-router (OpenAI/Anthropic/Groq/Gemini) with automatic fallback, admin dashboard, and analytics.
Multi-tenant voice AI receptionist: business owners forward their existing phone number to a shared Vapi line, and calls are routed to that client's own AI agent — their script, voice, and Google Calendar booking. Call scripts are auto-generated by scraping the client's website with Firecrawl and Claude.
Windows desktop app that records audio and transcribes it 100% offline using faster-whisper — no cloud, no API costs. Includes a Whisper model manager with in-app downloads, a searchable recording library, transcript exports, and a packaged installer.
